It is widely used in power supply and distribution, wind power generation, factories and enterprises, high-rise buildings, commercial centers, airports, stations, ports, power plants, offshore oil drilling and platforms, etc. It is a dry-type distribution transformer with optimized technical performance and ultra-low loss.

Performance characteristics
● SC(B)11 series no-load loss is reduced by more than 20% compared with GB/T10228-2008 Table 1 Group A, and load loss is reduced by 5% compared with GB/T10228-2008 Table 1 Group A. The core adopts an advanced fully inclined four-step stacking structure, which greatly improves the magnetic flux distribution at the joint and effectively reduces the no-load loss, no-load current and noise. The core is a rectangular structure, which greatly reduces the center distance of the three-phase core column, reduces the no-load loss and noise of the transformer, and also reduces the size of the transformer. The high and low voltage coil adopts a rectangular winding structure, and the inner and outer layers are filled and wound with imported glass wire mesh and glass ribbon. It is integrated with resin penetration and curing, and has strong resistance to cracking and sudden short circuit.
● The winding adopts advanced "airway rod" technology, and one or more layers of axial airway are set up in the heating center of the winding according to the design requirements, so that the heat dissipation of the whole machine can achieve the best effect, and multiple supporting ribs are generated in the airway, which effectively enhances the mechanical strength of the winding.
● The transformer winding is of thin insulation, less filler and fully cast type, with strong moisture-proof ability, and is an immediate power-on transformer. Products around the injection using the latest generation of German HEDRICH vacuum casting equipment.
● With advanced technologies such as vacuum film degassing, metering pump, static mixing, etc., to ensure the matching accuracy and pouring quality of epoxy mixture, and the local discharge capacity of winding is less than 10PC.
