Scope of application

XGN2-12 box-type fixed AC metal-enclosed switchgear (hereinafter referred to as switchgear) is used for receiving and distributing electric energy in 12kV and below three-phase AC 50Hz system, especially suitable for frequent operation. Its bus system is single bus (single bus with bypass and double bus structure can be derived).

XGN2-12 box-type fixed AC metal-enclosed switchgear is a plateau prototype product derived from ordinary switchgear and suitable for use in high-altitude areas. It has a perfect "five-proof" locking function.

This switchgear complies with the national standard GB3906 "3-35kV AC Metal-enclosed Switchgear", GB/T11022 "Common Technical Requirements for High-voltage Switchgear and Control Equipment Standards", and the national standard "Rated Voltage Above 1kV and Below 52kV AC Metal-enclosed Switchgear and Control Equipment", "Common Terms for High-voltage Switchgear and Control Equipment.

> The ambient air temperature does not exceed 40 ℃, and the average value measured within 24 hours does not exceed 35 ℃, and the lowest ambient air temperature is -25 ℃;

> The altitude is not more than 1000m, and the altitude of the plateau type switch cabinet is not more than 3000m;

> The surrounding air is not significantly contaminated by dust, smoke, corrosive and/or flammable gases, vapors or salt spray;

> Relative humidity:

A. the average value of relative humidity measured within 24 hours shall not exceed 95%, and the average value of water vapor pressure measured within 24 hours shall not exceed 2.2kPa,

B. The average monthly relative temperature shall not exceed 90%, and the average monthly water vapor pressure shall not exceed 1.8kPa;

> When the equipment is installed, the inclination of the vertical plane does not exceed 5 °;

> The equipment should be installed in a place without severe vibration and shock.
