To celebrate the 101st anniversary of the founding of the Communist Party of China and to welcome the "20th National Congress of the Party", we educate and guide the majority of party members and active applicants for party membership to further strengthen their ideals and beliefs, continuously enhance the cohesion of the party organization, and increase their sense of honor, mission, and responsibility. On June 29, the Party Branch Committee of Chongqing Jiuneng Holding Co., Ltd. organized a "July 1" party character training activity at the Jianchuan Museum in Chongqing, with a total of 15 party members and active applicants participating in the event.
The Jianchuan Museum in Chongqing consists of eight themed museums, including the Museum of the History of Weapon Development, the Museum of the First Arsenal of the Military Commission, and the Museum of Anti-Japanese War Relics. Under the guidance of the tour guide, we first visited the Museum of the First Arsenal of the Military Commission. From the invasion and humiliation by foreign powers in the late Qing Dynasty, the rise of the Self-Strengthening Movement, and the emergence of various arsenals, to the outbreak of the Anti-Japanese War and the relocation of arsenals; from the founding of New China, the reorganization and rebirth of arsenals after the war, to the revitalization of industry during the reform and opening up, interspersed with the achievements of various heroes and displays of firearms and ammunition, allowed all party members to revisit history while deeply feeling the arduous journey of the great Chinese nation from standing up, becoming strong, to becoming prosperous.
The Jianchuan Museum in Chongqing is themed "For peace, collect wars; for the future, collect lessons; for tranquility, collect disasters; for inheritance, collect folklore". It collects historical artifacts from modern and contemporary China, showcasing the evolution of history, providing us with lessons learned while allowing us to gain a deeper understanding of the historical development at that time. Through the explanations from the tour guide, all party members and active applicants for party membership visited the historical imprints at the Jianchuan Museum, listened to the echoes of history, viewed precious historical photographs, and exhibited real artifacts, recreating vivid scenes that reflect the indomitable, arduous, and courageous struggles of the Chinese nation.
Finally, all party members and active applicants boarded the former Chinese People's Liberation Army Navy ship "166" for a visit. The "166" ship once crossed the Pacific Ocean, making historic visits to the United States, Mexico, Chile, and other four countries and five ports, marking the first time a main battle ship of the Chinese Navy crossed the Pacific, while also setting numerous historical records such as the longest visit duration, the longest voyage, the most visited countries and ports, and the most visitors, achieving remarkable military accomplishments. Everyone experienced the heroic demeanor of the heroic warship and felt the hard-won prosperity of the country today.
After the visit and study, Chen Shurong, the secretary of the Party Branch Committee of Chongqing Jiuneng Holding Co., Ltd., gave instructions, calling on all party members to maintain party character, compare contributions, and always uphold the advanced nature of Communist Party members through this visit and study. He urged everyone to reflect on themselves, analyze themselves, identify gaps, continuously improve their political quality and professional ability, recognize the responsibilities they bear, be willing to endure hardships in their work, be happy to contribute, love their posts, be dedicated, work diligently, and always remember the political essence of Communist Party members, playing an advanced role everywhere, striving to elevate their work to a new level.
All party members were greatly encouraged, and everyone expressed that they would play the vanguard and exemplary role of party members, continuously integrating the enhancement of personal overall awareness, core awareness, and alignment awareness into the collective and work, loving the country and the party, loving the enterprise and their posts, being based in their positions, diligently fulfilling their duties, and investing with even greater enthusiasm into their work, contributing to the high-quality development of the company!
