On the afternoon of July 13, 2026, Secretary Lin Xingdong of Jiaotong University led a university delegation to our company for an inspection and guidance visit, during which a special exchange and coordination event was held. Relevant company leaders and heads of key departments provided full‑time accompaniment and reception. The two sides engaged in in-depth discussions on core issues such as technological R&D, talent cultivation, and joint project development, and solemnly held a signing ceremony for a cooperation agreement on industry–university–research collaboration.
During the inspection, Secretary Lin Xingdong and his delegation conducted on-site visits to the company’s smart‑factory exhibition hall, examined its production and operational processes, assessed its intelligent equipment installations, and reviewed its core product portfolio and technological innovation achievements. Accompanying guides provided a detailed overview of the company’s development trajectory, core business lines, R&D strengths, industry positioning, and future strategic plans, with particular emphasis on the company’s substantial progress in technological upgrading, process innovation, and quality control.
During the inspection, the university delegation highly commended our company’s standardized production system, meticulous management model, commitment to continuous innovation in R&D, and steady growth trajectory. Secretary Lin Xingdong stated that enterprises are the primary arena for scientific and technological innovation, while universities serve as the main hub for talent development and cutting-edge research. With complementary resources and aligned strengths, the two sides enjoy a solid foundation for cooperation and ample room for further collaboration. He expressed hope that this on-site exchange would serve as an opportunity to deepen mutual engagement and synergy.
Subsequently, the university and the enterprise convened a special symposium on collaborative partnership. During the meeting, both sides presented their respective strengths and cooperation priorities, engaging in in-depth discussions on key areas such as joint technological research, commercialization of scientific findings, co‑development of talent, joint establishment of internship and training bases, and faculty‑industry technical exchanges. These deliberations facilitated a precise alignment between industry needs and university research, clarifying the priorities for future collaboration, concrete implementation pathways, and the pace of progress. Both parties unanimously agreed that integrating industry, academia, and research is a crucial lever for driving corporate transformation and upgrading, enhancing university talent development, and fostering high‑quality growth across sectors. Moving forward, they will build on their respective strengths to achieve resource sharing, complementary advantages, and mutually beneficial outcomes.
Following the symposium, with both teams serving as witnesses, representatives from the university and the enterprise formally signed the Industry–University–Research Cooperation Agreement, marking the official transition of our company’s collaboration with Jiaotong University into a new phase characterized by standardization, institutionalization, and deepened integration. The signing of this agreement has established a robust institutional framework for long-term, in-depth cooperation, effectively facilitating two-way flows among research, talent, and industry. It will help align cutting-edge university research with the industrial upgrading needs of enterprises, enabling companies to overcome technical challenges and enhance their core competitiveness, while also providing students with high-quality platforms for practical experience and employment, thus achieving synergy between industry and education and fostering mutual empowerment.
