Use

The excitation transformer produced by our factory is the main equipment in the excitation system of the power plant, which can be used by the generator excitation system manufacturers. The main equipment in various rectifier transformer rooms, such as DC generators, can be used by various production plants.

Structure

The coils are all made of high-strength polyester enameled copper wires and flat copper wires covered with double glass filaments, with cylindrical windings; low-voltage electrical appliances with high current are pie windings.

Iron core: all high-quality cold-rolled non-oriented silicon steel sheet. It has the advantages of small no-load loss, high lamination coefficient and low noise.

Environmental conditions of general use

1. Maximum temperature 40 ℃

2. When the air temperature is +25 ℃, the relative humidity shall not exceed 90%.

3, the altitude is not more than 1000 meters.

4. The installation site has no gas vapor that seriously affects the insulation of the transformer; chemical deposition; dust; dirt and other explosive and corrosive media.

5. The installation site shall be free of severe vibration and turbulence, and the vertical slope shall be less than 5%.

6. The AC grid voltage connected to the converter transformer shall meet the following requirements:

(a) The voltage fluctuation is an approximate sine wave.

(B) The amplitude fluctuation shall not exceed ± 5%, and the short-term (1 second) fluctuation range shall not exceed ± 10%.

(d) The three-phase voltages are approximately symmetrical.

Environmental conditions for special use

Users are requested to provide: such as the altitude of the operating site; Local temperature; Air temperature and whether a protective cover in the form of volume is required; Protection level, etc., the factory will take corresponding measures to meet user requirements.
