Scope of use
D11 series single-phase distribution transformers are a new generation of environmental protection and energy-saving products independently developed by our company based on the characteristics of my country's 10kV system. They are widely used in urban street lights, high-end residential quarters, railway signal lights and other fields, and are also suitable for rural power grids and remote mountainous areas. Agricultural production, lighting and power consumption, can also be used for energy-saving transformation of urban power grids, with good energy-saving effects.

Performance characteristics
◆ The core is fired by the coil core process. The core has no seams, which reduces the magnetic resistance and reduces the loss. The annealing process has good mechanical properties and reduces the noise and temperature rise.
◆ The single-phase iron core is of R-type single-frame double-core column rolling structure, and is not bound by spot welding at the outermost layer. Core material selection 30Q130(9 type) 272H120(11 type) 232H90(13 type) and other cold rolled silicon tempering.
◆ The low-voltage voltage combination is 2 × 0.23kV. The low-voltage current of the transformer is only half of the rated current of the ordinary single-phase transformer, and the line loss is 1/4 of that of the ordinary single-phase transformer.
◆ The product adopts a fully sealed fuel tank structure, and the transformer oil does not contact the surrounding air, so the transformer oil will not absorb external moisture, which will not reduce the insulation strength. At the same time, because oxygen cannot enter the fuel tank, the aging of the insulation material is avoided and the service life of the product is improved.
