Overview
Using three-station SF6 load switch combination, ingenious left and right inlet and outlet line separation, small structural design, strong cable configuration function. The distribution box not only retains the advantages of the traditional distribution box, but also has some advantages of the ring network cabinet. Small size, maintenance-free, good technical economy, high reliability, simple installation and convenient use.
The cable distribution box with SF6 load switch is characterized by three compartments in the box, one of which is sealed, and the sealed compartment is filled with pressurized sulfur hexafluoride gas, including more than one set of load switches. The operating mechanism of the load switch is located in the operating drive chamber, and there are cable stubs and cable terminals in the cable compartment, and the cable terminals are connected with the load switch. The load switch in the closed compartment is a rotary table dynamic and static contact type load switch, and the rotating shaft of each load switch is fixed on a symmetrical sector surface around the axis with three layers. The cables in the cable compartment are three-phase groups, each group of three cable terminals are distributed in parallel and obliquely downward, each cable terminal is vertically connected with the cable pile line, the three cable pile lines are parallel to each other, and the closed compartment is provided with pressure relief pipes.
