S22-M-10KV series oil-immersed distribution transformers are suitable for power systems with AC 50Hz and rated working voltage of 20kV and below, as distribution transformers for petroleum, metallurgy, chemical industry, textile, light industry and other enterprises and places with large dust.

Product Features
◆ Iron core: The iron core is made of high permeability grain oriented cold rolled silicon steel sheet. The iron core is a new type of iron core, full oblique seam laminated iron core, its iron core column is a multi-step circular cross-section, and the iron choke and iron core are equal cross-sections.
◆ Winding: The winding adopts corrugated oil passage, does not dip paint process, and is bound with tight belt. The windings are all concentric coils: the high-voltage winding has a tap corresponding to the tap voltage requirement and is led to the tap switch. The tap voltage can be changed only after the switch is installed on the box cover and the power supply needs to be cut off.
◆ Safety protection device: 30 ~ 2000kVA transformer is equipped with pressure release valve; according to user requirements can be installed with alarm and trip terminals of the gas relay;
◆ Oil temperature measuring device: all transformers are equipped with tube seats with glass thermometers. The tube seats are located at the top of the oil tank and extend 120±10mm into the oil. 1000-200OkVA transformer is equipped with outdoor signal thermometer;
◆ Transformer oil tank: The transformer oil tank is composed of corrugated wall, and the surface is sprayed with dust and the paint film is firm. The corrugated fins not only have a cooling function, but also have a "breathing" function, and the elasticity of the corrugated fins can compensate for the change in the volume of the transformer oil caused by the temperature rise and fall. Therefore, the fully sealed transformer has no oil conservator, which reduces the overall height of the transformer;
◆ When the transformer is packaged, the vacuum oiling process is used to completely remove the moisture in the transformer, and the transformer oil is not in contact with the air. Effectively prevent oxygen and moisture intrusion into the transformer, which may lead to the degradation of transformer insulation performance and the aging of transformer oil, so oil sample test shall be carried out irregularly;
