To gain a deeper understanding of the company’s development trends, precisely align with its business needs, strengthen collaboration and coordination between government and enterprises, and help the company enhance quality and efficiency while deepening its development, on February 3, 2026, Vice Mayor Zheng Xiangdong and his delegation visited our company to conduct a research and guidance visit. Officials from relevant municipal government departments accompanied the visit. Our company’s Chairman Chen Shurong, Deputy General Manager Liu Jianmin, and the core management team provided full-time hospitality throughout the visit.
During the调研, Vice Mayor Zheng Xiangdong and his delegation visited our company’s product showroom, production workshop, and R&D center in succession. They conducted on-site inspections of the company’s production operations, equipment performance, product R&D efforts, and safety production safeguards. They engaged in cordial conversations with company executives and frontline staff, asking in detail about the company’s current business performance, order fulfillment status, progress in core technology R&D, as well as the challenges and difficulties the company is facing in its development. They also carefully listened to the company’s requests and suggestions regarding policy support, talent recruitment and development, and industrial chain integration.
Vice Mayor Zheng Xiangdong fully affirmed our company’s years of deep and meticulous efforts in the industry and the remarkable achievements we’ve made. He noted that our company has a clear development orientation and demonstrates outstanding innovation awareness. Drawing on his research findings and his own areas of responsibility, he emphasized that enterprises are the main driving force behind high-quality development. Relevant departments must always adhere to the principle of “service first,” proactively take the lead, provide targeted support, focus on the actual needs of enterprises, optimize the business environment, strengthen the provision of key resources and factors, and effectively address the practical challenges enterprises face during their development, thereby providing robust support and protection for their growth.
Regarding the future development of enterprises, Vice Mayor Zheng Xiangdong expressed his earnest hopes. He encouraged enterprises to accurately grasp the general trends in industry development, firmly maintain their confidence in deepening their growth, continuously intensify efforts in technological innovation and management reform, focus on their core businesses, deepen their expertise in niche segments, constantly enhance their core competitiveness, and cultivate new forms of productive forces. Enterprises should also place great emphasis on attracting and nurturing talent and building strong teams, leveraging high-quality human resources to empower innovative development, and driving product iteration and upgrades as well as coordinated development across the industrial chain. At the same time, enterprises must strictly adhere to the bottom line of safe production, standardize operational and management practices, achieve high-quality and sustainable development, and make greater contributions to the local economic and social development.
