Recently, following an assessment by the Chongqing Municipal Commission of Economy and Information Technology, Chongqing Jiuneng Holdings Co., Ltd. was successfully recognized as a basic-level smart factory (digital workshop) for green power equipment manufacturing, marking a new milestone in the company’s transformation toward intelligent manufacturing and digitalization.
Leveraging its MES manufacturing execution system, the company has achieved end-to-end digital control over workshop equipment and process flows. By aggregating production data in real time on a digital dashboard across the plant, and utilizing smart sensor terminals to collect equipment operating information, it has realized visualization of the production process and refined management.
The workshop’s intelligent warning lights are centrally managed by the MES production execution system. The system collects real-time data on equipment operation, production progress, and fault alerts, visually displaying the current status of on-site equipment—whether it is in production, standby, or experiencing a fault—thereby enabling seamless interconnection of production data. This facilitates the rapid identification and resolution of equipment anomalies, laying a solid foundation for digital workshop management.
Obtaining this certification will further empower the company to enhance quality and efficiency, leveraging its digital and intelligent capabilities to deliver more reliable power‑equipment products and services to a broad customer base.
